Private Pilates Reformer Sessions

  • Private sessions are customized to client’s goals and needs. Each class will also include movements that mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen different parts of the body with mat and reformer work. The Pilates reformer’s pulley and spring system creates additional resistance that provides a physically and mentally challenging workout. The reformer’s carriage, bar and springs can be adjusted to make certain Pilates movements more accessible or more challenging.


1 Private Introductory Session (60 minutes) $50

  • This class aims to familiarize you with the Pilates method and Jackie’s teaching style. Instruction will focus on breath, core work and body alignment. This class will involve mat and reformer work as well as a personalized goal setting session with Jackie. 


Single Private Reformer Session Drop-in (60 minutes) $80

  • Drop-in sessions are based upon availability.


Private Reformer 5 Session Package (60 minutes each) 

  • Purchasing the package guarantees your session's day & time for 5 weeks in a row.  This option is ideal for clients that are new to Pilates and/or for clients who wish to see & feel more significant progress.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout that elongates, strengthens and aligns the body. 


Keeping your spine strong and flexible is KEY to longevity, decreased pain and mobility. Each exercise in Pilates improves joint mobility and muscle elasticity therefore creating a more balanced body that is less susceptible to injury. 


While practicing Pilates, the quality of movement is valued over the number of repetitions, and the use of breath is designed to help you execute movements efficiently and effectively. Every movement is performed with intention, focus, and flow. You may not “feel the burn” initially, but you are creating new movement patterns and each exercise can be made more challenging as you progress.

During Pilates practice, you will gain knowledge about how your body moves as well as become aware of your individual movement patterns. 


With the development of smooth mindful movements coordinated with the breath, Pilates is ideal for injury recovery, sports performance, and overall physical health.

Always speak to your Doctor or Physical Therapist before starting any exercise program and be sure to tell your instructor if you have any injuries or ongoing ailments. 


Pilates movements are gentle, yet challenging, focusing on the alignment of the body. Most of the exercises are low impact and partially weight bearing.


Modifications can be made to the exercises to adjust the level of movement from simple to advanced. 


Consistency is key for integration! Because Pilates is about awareness and creating new movement patterns, it is recommended to attend sessions at least once per week.

Pilates Studio Policies

  • Please remove your shoes when you enter the studio.
  • Socks with a grip are recommended or you are welcome to work barefoot.
  • It is important to feel comfortable. Please wear clothing that allows you to move. Please avoid wearing clothes with metal zippers or buttons.
  • Payment is required prior to your session. 
  • There is a 24–hour cancellation policy that applies to all Pilates sessions. If you do not reschedule or cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee.

Health & Wellness Policies

Greenleaf Studios prioritizes and respects the health it's clients and teacher.  

  • Please wash your hands prior to class.  A bathroom is located downstairs when you first enter the building.
  • If you or someone in your household is sick with a communicable illness (fever, rash, cold/flu, covid etc.) , please contact Jackie as soon as possible.
